Chesham Place

A ten storey block, including three basement levels comprises luxury flats designed to provide wide areas of un-interrupted space. The main frame of the building is an efficient reinforced concrete frame. The front elevation has a special load-bearing pre-cast concrete façade incorporating deep reveals to conceal an integrated blind system. The basement and foundations are complicated by the proximity of adjacent existing buildings and a secant bored pile wall forms the permanent retaining wall all around the site.
